Our Quality Guarantee

1-Year Workmanship & Materials Warranty:
- This covers defects in the workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of closing or occupancy. It includes items like cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint, and trim, ensuring they meet specified quality standards.
2-Year Systems Warranty:
- For two (2) years from the date of closing or occupancy, this warranty covers defects in the major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems of your home. This includes the wiring, piping, and ductwork that keep your home comfortable and functional.
10-Year Structural Warranty:
- This is the longest and most crucial coverage, protecting against major structural defects for ten (10) years from the date of closing or occupancy. It covers the load-bearing elements of your home, such as the foundation, walls, and roof framing, providing assurance in the fundamental integrity of your investment.
